Can we view on weekends and move in immediately if we want?
I have another unit going at RM3200 but it is not as nice as the one shown above. This apartment shown above is going at RM3000. You can definitely view this on the weekend but you will have to tell me in advance. 2 days in advance would be ideal.
ReplyDeleteThe only downside to this unit is that it is facing a construction site. They are currently doing upgrading works at Bangsar Shopping Centre and I would safely say that the renovations will end in about 3 - 4 months time. A walkway direct to Bangsar Shopping Centre is also in the works. You will be able to have direct access to the shopping centre in a few months as well. Thats the good news!
If you are looking for a 1 bedroom. I have one of those as well. It's really cozy. It was done up by a fengshui consultant. Rental going at RM 2500
